My name is Annette M. Hensley, the President & CEO of Perimeter Assets, LLC, a California company. Now don't let the California address fool you. I grew up in a rural county of less than 12,000 people so I know the freedom of land and the gift of space to "do your own thing". "The Country" is in my blood. Going back to where I grew up and places like it rejuvenates me. A sense of peace comes over me when I see green trees...water...wildlife.

How did I get into selling land? It started with a desire to BUY land for myself. I bought several small parcels as my "go-to" places...for retirement...or maybe even as "bug-out" locations (heaven forbid I need that!). Then I realized there are lot of people like me...who just want to find THEIR place. And so a business was born.

When I started buying property for myself, I realized it was a lot of work (and sometimes worry) when buying land sight-unseen.
