30-Day Money Back Guarantee Guidelines:
Within 30 days of the purchase date (the Closing Date), if you wish cancel the Land Contract and/or return a property to us, for any reason, simply contact us by email (support@PerimeterAssets.com) or phone (925-219-6259). You will be required to sign paperwork to officially cancel your original Land Contract and/or deed the property back to us. After we receive these signed and notarized documents, we will refund you the full amount of principal payments made, minus any expenses paid by Perimeter Assets, LLC (Seller) to exercise and/or cancel the Land Contract or sale. (see below for details).
While you don't have to tell us the reason you want a return the property, we'd be grateful if you let us know to help us better understand the needs and expectations of our customers.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
Are there any non-refundable fees?
Any expenses incurred by the Seller to execute and/or cancel the Land Contract or Cash Sale, including but not limited to the preparation of legal documents, recording fees, transfer fees, notary services and mailing costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. You will receive an itemized list of these fees. Any expenses incurred by the Buyer to enter into/cancel the Land Contract or to deed the property back to Perimeter Assets, LLC, including, but not limited to city or county fees, taxes, Property Owner Association (POA) dues, notary services, credit card or bank fees or the cost of improvements to the property will not be reimbursed by Perimeter Assets, LLC.
When will I receive my requested refund?
If you cancel your Land Contract or sale within our Guarantee guidelines, we will issue the refund within 30 days of your request. At our discretion, we will issue a check or money order for the amount due to your last known mailing address or credit monies due back to the credit card used to purchase the property. If we issue a check of money order, please allow adequate time for USPS delivery. For credit card customers, your refund should appear on your credit card statement within the next two billing cycles.
What if I wish to apply my refund to a different Perimeter Assets, LLC property?
We would be more than happy to help you purchase one of our properties that better suits your needs. Once you sign the required paperwork to cancel your original Land Contract or sale, we will work with you on the purchase of a new property.
Cay I cancel the Land Contract or return the property back to you if it has been more than 30 days past the purchase date?
When entering into a Land Contract or sale, a Buyer is obligated to comply with the terms outlined, so it is important for you to review your Land (or Sales) Contract to view its Terms and Conditions. We give you 30 days to determine if the property you purchased suits your needs, but if you are not satisfied after 30 days has elapsed, contact us to discuss what options are available to you as the Buyer.
