REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM

Current and previous customers of Perimeter Assets, LLC who refer new customers who purchase one of our properties may be eligible to receive a $100.00 Referral Reward or earn a $100.00 discount on the next property purchased from us!
To qualify, you must meet the following eligibility and referral requirements:
ELIGIBILITY (Who may participate in the Referral Rewards Program):
- Previous customers who have completed purchase of one or more properties from Perimeter Assets, LLC. (Previous customers who have defaulted on a Land Contract with us are NOT eligible for the Referral Program.)
- Current customers who are in good standing (not in default) and who are up-to-date on all payments for properties under a Land Contract with Perimeter Assets, LLC.
REFERRAL REQUIREMENTS:
When Previous or Current Customers (aka the "Referral Source") refer a new customer to us, or are "Self-Referred", certain requirements must be met:
- Newly Referred Customers: When first-time customers are referred to us:
- Newly Referred Customers must mention the Referral Source upon first contact with Perimeter Assets, LLC in order for the Referral Reward to be awarded.
- The first Referral Source to refer a new customer will be the only person eligible for a Referral Reward.
- For the Referral Reward to be paid to the Referral Source, the new customer must have: (1.) Returned all requested documents to Perimeter Assets, LLC (including the signed Land Contract); and (2.) Paid the Documentation Preparation Fee and first month's payment.
- If within 30 days of signing the Land Contract, the Newly Referred Customer exercises the 30-day Money Back Guarantee, cancels the Land Contract, defaults on the loan or is not up-to-date on his/her monthly payments, the Referral Reward will not be awarded to the Referral Source.
- If the newly referred customer is a cash buyer, any eligible Referral Reward will be paid to the Referral Source within 60 days of closing.
- Self-Referred Customers: When previous or current customers wish to purchase an additional property from Perimeter Assets, LLC:
- The $100.00 Referral Reward will be deducted from the price of the newest property purchased.
- NOTE: Customers who have never purchased property from Perimeter Assets, LLC are not considered “self-referred” and are not eligible for a referral reward on a first property purchased from us.
HOW AND WHEN IS THE REFERRAL REWARD PAID?
If all eligibility and referral requirements are met, a check will be issued to the Referral Source within approximately 60 days after the Land Contract is signed.
